      Self advancement, work by yourself, company vehicle/gas card/uniform

      Cons

      Micromanagement, poor routing, unruly customers, being pushed to continue work after bringing up dangerous conditions to supervisor, minimum care for personal life(all about numbers numbers numbers)

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
