Pros
If you have the ability to do the job and keep your head down it can be beneficial for the first 4 months, Discounted Spectrum services, flexible schedule in a certain aspect (get to pick your spots/routes at times)
Cons
They will make you wait 3 weeks for your first check. Once you get past Month 4 and you aren't a super star at the job you should probably leave. Commision compared to other places in the sales field isn't the best past 4 months (you get a shared commision check from the whole team for 4 months but past that it stops). Manager is also needy (will call you 4 times a day) and isn't a good at managing people (throws fake flex pressure onto people to do better). Manager conveniently has "memory loss" about certain topics. You are also selling to people who have already have been screwed over by Spectrum so sometimes it is a uphill battle.
