Mostly Good benefits for employees.
Cons
The health "insurance" is only good for upper management, otherwise they only offer co-insurnace. Also the commercial/business side still has no career paths for moving up in the company or any real training courses. Its all based on the whim of the director and how they feel that day. They refuse to provide a thing in writing on career goals.
