      They are stuck in the past when it comes to setting goals for stores. Every store has the same production goals with drastically different demographics

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
