Pros
Great money with commission and incentives. Great benefits and PTO. Very fun and friendly environment/culture. Every day is different and that keeps it interesting and not monotonous. Learn lots of new skills with talking to different people from all different walks of life. Ample opportunities for growth within the company.
Cons
Dealing with upset customers- though in the sales department, most the time you dont have to deal with their issue as it is customer service that handles that. Work can get repetitive after a while, but thankfully the day to day vibes keep it interesting for the most part. The pressure can be stressful at times, but my leadership has always done a good job at not making it too stressful- the stress is just like any other sales job.
