Average pay and benefits overshadowed by poor management - Principal Software Engineer Spectrum Employee Review

A company riddled with aging middle management, none of which are actually technical. I'm convinced that Spectrum is just a cushy place for Directors, VPs, and other execs to soak up a paycheck and coast to retirement. This is a dying company and I would bet on bankruptcy within the next 5 years.
