Worst company ever with strict policies and micromanagement - Anonymous employee Spectrum Employee Review

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The PTO policy SUCKS! They make you come into the office 4 days a week, they’re super strict about wearing blazers in the office when it’s absolutely possible to dress professionally without wearing blazers. The micromanagement is out of control also. I’m accepting the first offer I get and getting out of here because I cannot stand this anymore!
