charter is horrible. they tried to make everyone leave their positions. their tv ads say they are bringing a bunch of jobs but the truth is they tried to give everyone crappy severences to leave because they didnt want to pay them the same as time warner was paying them. and by crappy severences i mean like 2,000 dollars. horrible. this place is a joke. they pay you less and expect ten times the amount of work and took away all incentives. dont work here unless you want to quit in a month.
