      Your time is your own. Base pay. Free cable, phone, internet. Health, dental, life, health insurance. Phone Coaching. Patience. Commission to earn more.

      Cons

      Learning to dress for and work in the worst weather condition outdoors. Commission plan changes often not for the better. Being assigned addresses in dangerous low income high crime areas but leads in the wealthiest as well because everyone uses cable. No support if you are arrested for soliciting etc.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
