free cable, benefits Many positions with charter are great I would advise anybody not to be a Direct Sales Rep though. When I was hired it was to build relatioships and a steady stream of customers. That was taken from me and I was forced door to door with no referrals
Cons
Charter restructured sells then fired me because I (and all the others in Sells) failed to meet an unrealestic sells goal I think designed to fail, or just not really thought out even though many of us DSRs pointed out obvious flaws at the beginning.
