Terrible management - Customer Solutions Specialist Spectrum Employee Review

Management could care less about employees. They want you to lie to customers on a daily basis. You get paid more the better you deceive the customers. You will hate going into work everyday. I was a top 5 performer for 6 years here and hated my life everyday I had to come into this horrible place.
