Pros
Great benefits. Hands down some of the best health insurance around. Great coworkers. Different places and people every day. Fast pace and exciting.
Cons
Micro management to the extreme. It’s become so bad now it’s negatively affecting customers. It’s all numbers, numbers and more numbers. No longer about individuals or even customers. It’s so bad I’m doing about 50% less then I used to be able to do. Starting pay is low. This is industry wide.
