Poor training
Order entry system is absolutely terrible.
Very very high turnover. My training class of 19 retained 5 employees (for a reason)
Training had a good work culture, however once you hit practical training you realize what the job is all about. Hide the truth as much as you can from customers in order to get as many sales as possible. They will tell you things like add home phone to an order without customers permission by saying "your modem is an enhanced modem which will allow you to be able to use a home phone if you choose" but it charges them $10 a month and you get a PSU by lying. The companies handling of COVID-19 was an absolute joke. They told new hires they couldn't train from home, our training class couldn't have mentors by our sides to help, yet they would allow people to have lunch close together and there was way too much discrepancy on what "social distancing" meant to them. One of the worst jobs I've ever had. They will try to sell you on the job during classroom training on how amazing the money will be, but they are just great liars. You won't make amazing money unless you are a great liar.
