Training program thorough & made fun, seasoned coworkers very helpful, good perks, great insurance, my supervisor sincerely wanted each individual on our team to be successful and was very consistent and helpful in assisting us w/achieving our goals, really promoted a team atmosphere (center was broken up into about 18 teams and all competed in a friendly way) all team supervisors did best to help others on the floor of any team when problems arose. My personal experience with these supervisors and their assistants was always consistent and I am very thankful to have had their help. I was surprised by a .20 raise I was never told I would be getting?

attendance policy no where to be found had to be emailed to me and was unclear, not at all upfront about changes happening w/new management, not all teams were on same page regarding policies--upper management communication issue to team supervisors. As my save yield rate and retained revenue (among highest in the center) as well as added lines of business (my weakest point) went up (along with the entire center) my commission went down?????
