      Pros

      I really liked that by working here, you get free services - cable, internet, phone. Training for new employees was a very good program.

      Cons

      Needed more organization. Managers were not on the same page often when it comes to procedures. Area for growth could have been better.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
