Pros
Base pay is good for a position that also pays commission. Free cable services are the best perk. Hard to take work home with you as no access to company sites from non Charter computer.
Cons
Constantly changing commission scales. Departments do not work together, many times having to search or wait long periods to get answers to questions. Little advancement in local store setting.
