      Pros

      Lots of growing opportunity, great bonus pay for getting certificate, it is good place to learn.

      Cons

      In general, they don't provide fully remote job, or even flexible way to work some days in office and some days in remote. Also, their pay rate is under market average, and every year, salary growth rate is pretty low.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
