      Pros

      Despite the headline, this is actually a great place to begin a sales career. Fortune 100 company, Great Benefits, 401k with 6% match, decent sales commission plan (but hard to achieve annual quotas). Base salary is below-market compared to the same title in a different company.

      Cons

      Since COVID, Spectrum has become a revolving door of employees leaving/entering the company. Significant attrition rate of employees in recent months due to other companies adapting to a “new-normal” of hybrid/remote work capability. From what one can gather, executive leadership doesn’t believe in the value of remote work, or at least a hybrid-style model of office and remote.

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
