There used to be many, I'm down to at least I have a job.
Cons
Confirmation bias in the majority of metrics were evaluated on. Company fails to keep up with cost of living. Longe term employees end up making the same as the people they hire on with no experiance. To many hands in the cookie jar on the corporate level. Most short sighted company I've ever worked for.
