Pros

Co Workers for the most part are nice, cubical space is decent, pay is kind of ok. training is ok.

Cons

Like most call centers the call metrics are not easy to maintain. the schedule adherence is unreasonable as the policies hold you responsible for situations far beyond your control and even if you're not the one on the phone and the call is escalated to a lead the time on the phone still counts against you. Even using the bathroom when not on break counts against you. They don't seem to care about higher education. I work in the billing department and they push you to do sales. There is ZERO consistency at any level or between any department. training greatly needs to be updated as once I was out of training and on the floor I was told "Thats not how its done anymore" multiple times or that could go back to the lack of consistency. My supervisor is also constantly telling me to "dumb it down" so if you have any decent level of intelligence just be aware its frowned upon.
