Nice facilities. New equipment. In house cantina. Training classes were very informative and helpful. The cleaning crew is the best. Commission.
Cons
Micromanagement, Not allowed to use bathroom outside of breaks and lunch. Metrics are not fixed constantly increasing. They do not accommodate parents with children. (HR's direct words) You have to sell cell phone service or you will be driven into the ground by your superior. Limited parking as a quarter of the parking lot is dedicated to smokers and food trucks. Superiors that you are not directly under will make it a point not to help you. What you are taught IS NOT what is practiced in production. Favoritism especially when it came to working from home. Sketchy sales practices and even fraud has been found such as salesman adding services to customers accounts without their permission. Very much high-school environment when it comes to the atmosphere. Shift bidding is a joke.
