Great benefits, 401(k) plan they’ll give you up to 6% matching what you contribute. The managers and supervisors I had for the most part worked with you to help you increase your income. Their pay also depends on their teams metrics so there’s motivation to ensure your success. Ive been working here for a year and a few months, but I will be accepting a different job in a similar role that pays slightly more. I’m looking forward to it but if you have hesitations about accepting a job or applying I’m here to say go for it! I don’t regret it, and it’s a solid job. A positive atmosphere but the work-life balance for taking personal time could be better; overall if you want a job thats stable it’s a good company to work for.
Cons
Meeting sales metrics and sales goals, or having a bad month with your commissions can be discouraging so plan your finances and bills accordingly.
