Pros
-Easy for college students to smoke vapes while disregarding their client. -Management doesn’t care what the workers do as long as no client injury is reported. -Free Chick-fil-A during mandatory unpaid meetings. -lunch break can last from 30mins- 4hrs, depending if workers get a lunch break during an 6-8hr day.
Cons
-lack of supervision and communication. -pay scale is awful -no benefits -forced to work outside during summer time and told not to come inside to cool off unless injured.
