Worst company ever - Medical Attendant Spectrum Patient Services Employee Review

Co-workers are for the most part, fun to be around. New/ nicely kept trucks Variety of work hours Lots of work locations Great for life experience for first responders. Fun job, for the most part. You meet some amazing people, with different stories to tell. Events is really fun to work for!

The most inconsiderate management. Horribly managed, micromanaged. Very little care for their employees. No one in management has any medical experience (except one) Poor pay, No overtime. There is no screening process for employees, some have no medical knowledge at all. Little to no accreditation for good work. It's all about business and no empathy for patients and or their clients/ employees. Poor uniforms/ no uniform allowance.

Everything about this company is negative. It serves the customer very poorly due to a complete lack of organization. Dispatchers are untrained and are unresponsive.
