DuPont owned now and our new master. Executives at corporate losing their jobs. Management at Mpls facility appear burnt out and exhausted. Recent hiring of convicts who had committed dangerous crimes was foolish. Always a chaotic atmosphere with poor communication at every level. Inadequate training of production workers when assigned different presses. Company policies change at the convenience of the current situation and management. Safety stated as #1, but doing a walk thru of the plant states otherwise.
