      The owner really cares about the employees. Coworkers are fun, friendly and hard working. Proud of the work that is done there.

      Cons

      I was in the accounting department and the only "con" I can think of is because it's a smaller company, there was not a lot of room to move up.

      - Business is failing - Owner takes charge of every operation. - HR is non existent - Workplace Harassment - Lack of training, leadership, and procedures - Outdated and old systems - Not hiring new employees, current employees stuck in their ways not open to new ideas or processes - High expectations for new employees
