Pros
A company that supports its employees career goals and ambitions. The company is led by an incredible man who deeply cares about the company’s mission. It’s not an easy job (you won’t be able to get by on the bare minimum), but if it’s a career path you’re interested in, then it’s highly rewarding. The warm and friendly culture is the best part about working here. I love every single one of my coworkers and I can’t imagine working anywhere else because of them. We’re like a family here at Spectrum.
Cons
Some of the newer employees want to change things or mold Spectrum into their ideas of the perfect company, instead of realizing that it’s just not a good fit for them and they should look elsewhere. Their negativity is draining.
