Pros

I have been with Speech Graphics for under a year. The founders are very approachable and my colleagues are all very nice and intelligent. The company itself has a clear vision of what they are trying to achieve and is on track to deliver some great new technology. Highest staff retention rate I have ever seen.

Cons

Not really anything I can think of. Recruitment process is not fast but in hindsight that is not a bad thing (hire slow/fire fast).

Flexible hours, location. Technology is pretty interesting, requiring a diverse mix of skillsets.

Cons

Underwhelming attitude to remuneration and benefits. Not entirely convincing growth strategy.

Undecisive management, bad communications, bad business decisions, no appreciation for employees.
