Good company culture. A lot of sharing of information and team building. Allows for flexibility. You will feel very supported by those above.
Cons
Each region/market is very different across countries. Head office doesn't always believe feedback from individual regions and doesn't accommodate a different Go To Market strategy. The strategy comes from above and might not fit the local market.
