Positive and inspiring work environment - Motion Designer/ Video Editor Speechify Employee Review

Working at Speechify has been incredibly rewarding. To be part of a mission that I deeply believe in, amongst kind and smart people who are driven, is so valuable in a professional environment to me. The team is very collaborative, the management is extremely communicative, and I'm given so much creative freedom and trust.

My team is remote so I don't get to interact with them all the time and haven't met them in person, but this allows great flexibility so it isn't really a con!

-Very difficult interview. -Don't actually see any reqruiters until after the first round or two. -Unfair constraints on test.
