The worst place to work - Customer Service Speechify Employee Review

No device, no compensations, no work ethics, no ORG, no HR, no process, no training. They have no idea of what they are doing. A bunch of men who think they can fire whoever whenever. I would bet my life that would be able to handle 10 tickets per day with their knowledge but will expect you to close 100 tickets per day. They fired me the minute I questioned them lol. Will expect you to work on weekends and out of shift with no extra pay. Will illtreat you like you are not human. Rude and arrogant management with no knowledge. Will fire you if you question anything. The worst. THE WORST company ever.
