Pros

The office is new and nice and the company did well getting everyone in. A lot of social events in the past (I guess these will continue when COVID restrictions lift) The benefits are basic but okay. The office manager, Charlie, is just fantastic.

Cons

Salary for me was around £5-10k less than other people working the same role. Personal development always promised, never actually got anything. The Chief Marketing Officer went through a Mental Health Course yet still bullies passive aggressively on internal emails and meetings. Workplace is under resourced massively in Engineering based teams. The HR team will fob you off when it comes to anything regarding personal development. A lot of great colleagues have left and will be leaving because of the current situations a lot of them find themselves in.

Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate the feedback that our office space is inviting, a space we are continually evolving to work for us all in a post pandemic world. As we develop our rhythms of hybrid working, more social activities are coming for those who want in person contact as well as for those who prefer to stay online. We are hugely investing in hiring so that teams are resourced appropriately and we are bringing on board a CTO, enhancing engineering processes throughout. We are also hiring a senior People Leader to continue to build out our culture and offer more scalable people solutions as we grow – with a priority on our benefits, career progression and development.

Sometimes, being we have employees around the globe, there are tough barriers for communicating in a timely manner... but, this is with most international b2b organizations.

Pros

It's great to get sell a world class product that WOWs people in every demo. The team is supportive of one another, NO POLITICS and fun. Unfortunately I'm remote so I only get to have fun vicariously as I see invites for all I'm missing. We actually listen to customers and work with them for success. It's a great place to learn knowing you'll be supported even if you make a mistake.

Cons

Like many companies our size, we are busy putting scalable processes in place to make us more efficient. Being remote, sometimes it's hard to stay up on what's happening in the office. These process improvements are doing a lot to make this better.
