A fair pay with a good amount of holidays including the opportunities to increase your holiday allowance. Speed also provide opportunities for bonuses throughout the year in the form of a Christmas bonus and Employee of the Month. There is also opportunity for overtime.
Cons
They complete monthly audits on the teams where the results aren’t always consistent and doesn’t provide a clear enough overview of how the individual has worked over the month. Whilst the training is extensive, the probation period is short - only 3 months
