Pros
1. You get to work with an extremely motivated and talented, not to mention highly educated individuals who make you feel part of everything. 2. Your ideas and inputs are taken seriously, and everyone is very warm and welcoming. 3. Your growth would be rapid. 4. You feel that you are part of something big, and would like to see the company grow.
Cons
1. Could face some uncertainty initially, and MNC's could lure you. 2. It's a startup, so no space for slackers. 3. Pay would be below par at first. But in my experience, once you start showing output, it would grow and grow fast.
