Love working here. The team here is awesome and we all work hard and together to make the company succeed and continue to grow. Fun atmosphere but still challenging and plenty of opportunity for growth as the company builds.

I haven't been at SpeedTech lights for very long, but so far it's been good to me. The culture here is great. When I started I was immediately welcomed by the team. We are expected to put it extra hours when things get busy, but the extra work is genuinely appreciated by management and it's not uncommon for them to do things to thank the team when staying late is necessary. When things do get busy, management has realistic goals for productivity and doesn't create a stressful environment. Overall I'm happy with my job here so far and look forward to helping this company grow.
