Speedrack is a growing company with great career possibilities. The management care about the employees with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Good starting wages, benefits, and multiple shifts are just some of the reasons I love working here. There is also a tier based pay increase for hard working employees.
Cons
Hours can get long during the busy months but they pay overtime.
