In my opinion there are no pros to this company

Cons

Stores are not given enough hours to be able to meet all the expectations corporate has for what needs to be done. Managers push employees to harass their customers about speedy rewards and pushing selling points so they can make they're bonus, where the people pushing these sales are getting next to nothing for it. There is no incentive for employees to want to go above and beyond for this company. They are cheap and expect way to much from they're employees but are not willing to compensate for the work being done. This causes a lot of employees to be lazy and not care. You want quality employees, give them a reason to want to work a perform at your company. As a current speedway employee, I will not be employed by this company for much longer.....

Pros

Opportunity for extra hours and overtime. * Fast-paced environment that can help build multitasking and customer service skills. * Team members often worked together to keep the store running despite challenges.

Cons

* Frequent employee call-offs created staffing shortages. * Regularly required to work double shifts to cover staffing gaps. * Management expectations often felt unrealistic given available staffing levels. * Workload was heavily dependent on previous shifts completing their responsibilities. * Tasks were frequently left unfinished by other shifts, creating additional work and stress. * High levels of stress due to understaffing and inconsistent shift performance. * Work-life balance could be difficult because of unexpected extended shifts.
