Pros
Working with regular customers that came in everyday. Meeting new people and helping them. Having a staff that cared about what they were doing because their manager treated them equally even if I wore a black shirt and them a blue shirt.
Cons
Not enough time with your family. Once I became GM I signed my life away to them. They have no family value at all. They are always understaffed and demand way to much from you. They don't show compassion at all.
