Pros

Have worked at multiple stores - all workers are friendly and for the most part very helpful. Managers are nice as well. The company gives a lot of help to the worker, allowing to compensate customer complaints on our own. Past employers I've had don't allow you to make many customers service decisions other than "let me get my manager." Training is thorough. Managers are always willing to help. Overall, this is a good company that from what I've experienced realizes its just as important to retain employees as it is to retain customers.

Cons

Personally, I dislike that I have to sign off on a sheet to say that I did certain aspects of my job. I know what needs to be done and I'll get it done. I don't need a piece of paper to sign.

Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
