      Pros

      The job is fast-paced and you are required to deal with customers more so than in most other retail.

      Cons

      The rules change constantly, managers are fired and hired left and right, or moved to other locations constantly. Also, no breaks unless you smoke.

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
