      tuition reimbursement is all i can think of

      too bad i didn't stay long enough to qualify for tuition reimbursement. Low pay, and waaaaaaay to much work load for how much you get paid. Who knows, all speedways might not be like the one I worked at.

      Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

      Cons

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
