Great Benefits, Flexible scheduling, Tuition reimbursement, Performance based evaluations, Growth opportunities, Bonus potential I love working for Speedway. I have almost 11 years with this company and have held many positions during that time. Very fast paced environment with lots of customer interaction so it is perfect for the individual that loves to interact with people and doesn't like to watch the clock tick. You can easily move up in this company based off of your ambition and desire to do so.
Cons
I really have no complaints about working here. I absolutely love my job and would recommend it to any high energy, motivated, customer service orientation person.
