Years ago this company cared for their employees. If you are lucky enough to have a RM and RD that is trustworthy, you should enjoy your position.
Cons
I have attended too may over night meetings, dinners, symposiums and retreats that revolves around alcohol and Casinos. Company money best spent at store level than these gatherings.
