No room for advancement Completely focused on Partner/Consultant development; no training opportunities for research & corporate staff Used to be a really great place to work No diversity at all in leadership roles - just check out their executive team on their website; a lot of women in the lower ranks but not many moving up and very little ethnic minorities in US
