Pros
I genuinely feel like I'm in the right place at Spendbase. I've grown and developed quickly here, and what makes it even better is that the growth has been in the directions I'm actually passionate about. The product is strong, and the team is absolutely incredible to work with. I sometimes get to come into the Kyiv office, and the atmosphere there is just top. I'm super happy to be part of this company.
Cons
It's a little sad that the team is spread out, but we have both online and in-person team-building whenever possible, so it all works out well.
