Pros
The best and most awesome part of the job; the members and most of the fellow staff. Some staff was determined to come from other locations and cause division. They succeeded.
Cons
Very low pay, yet very high expectations and demands. You end up being a mix between a used car salesman with some pushy harassing sales techniques that drive people crazy with their tactics; and heavy non stop janitor of weights, mats, bathrooms, floors, bikes, etc.
