      Pros

      Really great place to learn so much in so little time with a team of smart people. Sphere provided me with many courses and certifications I needed to improve my skills. Also, an excellent arena to consistently be pushed and grow. I like it!

      Cons

      I didn't experience any downsides of working in the firm for now.
