New company, so much to learn. Everyone is incredibly nice and willing to chat if you reach out. Overall really good intern program. You are under the Madison Square Garden (sister company) student associate program.

Likelihood of full-time employment after is very slim

Compensation is above average for entertainment industry, and this is truly the only pro, but it's not worth it compared to how you will be treated.

Company treats employees as disposable. No opportunity to learn and grow here outside of your day-to-day due to favoritism and lack of business understanding from leadership. Leadership is also in and out of the door every 6 months. Truly the worst company I have ever worked at, and I would caution anyone joining. People there do not care about work/life balance.
