Unfortunately, no notable pros based on my experience.

Salary is not credited on time. Monthly payslips are not provided regularly. Hard work and dedication are neither acknowledged nor rewarded. You cannot take leave on Fridays or Mondays, even with valid reasons. Final month’s salary is usually withheld if you resign. You may have to follow up for months to receive your experience and relieving letters, and even then, they may not be provided.
