      Too far from urban area. Not able to forcasing of the demand properly since it's B2C business

      Pros

      It is a great company to get started in the e-commerce industry. The work life balance isn’t bad since there are half days every Friday. Community is friendly and people actually eat lunch together. You can easily get assimilated when you are new. People are supportive and open to help.

      Cons

      You get PTO days and more PSL days after 90 days of working.
